About Alyssa
Alyssa received her B.S. in Health Science from Clemson University in 2020. After graduation she explored the idea of a career in law with an internship at a local labor and employment firm. Following that experience she enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Alyssa clerked at both a real estate firm and a plaintiff’s firm while pursuing her law degree. She also enjoyed an opportunity to work with the Honorable Judge Benjamin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for a judicial externship. Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor from the Joseph Rice School of Law in May 2024.
Alyssa has experience in several different areas of law from her work as a Law Clerk at LaFave Bagley, including governmental defense, corporate defense, and insurance defense. In her free time outside of the office, she enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and spending time with family.
