About Randi Lynn
After receiving her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2010, Randi Lynn worked as a judicial law clerk, first with the Honorable Thomas A. Russo in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit and then with the Honorable James E. Lockemy in the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
Having clerked on the trial court and appellate court, Randi Lynn is knowledgeable of the numerous issues that arise during the life cycle of a case, and is prepared to advocate for her client in front of a jury while preserving the issues that may go before an appellate panel.
Randi Lynn became a partner at a Columbia law firm following her clerkships. She practiced at the firm for over a decade, focusing on premises liability and insurance defense work. She has experience representing national retailers and other corporate entities in all aspects.
Prior to law school, Randi Lynn graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Management and Real Estate.
Randi Lynn is a member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court, whose membership is comprised of judges, law professors, practicing attorneys, and law students. Through regular meetings, members build and strengthen professional relationships; discuss fundamental concerns about professionalism and pressing legal issues of the day; share experiences and advice; exhort the utmost passion and dedication for the law; provide mentoring opportunities; and advance the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and civility. Randi Lynn currently serves as the Inn’s speaker coordinator.
Randi Lynn is a native of Aiken, South Carolina. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, cheering on the Gamecocks, and getting on a dance floor whenever possible.
